The Admin's arguments are done in the #birthright citizenship case before SCOTUS. I have to say begrudgingly, Sauer did a masterful job in his argument At times the justices seemed even frustrated with him citing pages from congressional records and cases -- Now, Cecillia Wang from ACLU. is arguing. Very different style. Methodical and calm.

@Gwydion_Wolf Your assertion here is wrong. If an "illegal alien" like you mentioned commits an offense and they're arrested and charged, they're subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. They're not just deported; they first have to fulfill the stipulations of the judgement

My take on it is this: “Subject to the jurisdiction of the United States” Children of diplomats who are born here while their parents are serving their diplomatic services do not gain citizenship because they, and their parents, are not ‘Subject to the jurisdiction of the United States’. Neither are Citizens of another country who illegally enter our country. That is why they are deported back to the country they ARE ‘Subject to the jurisdiction of’.

@Sweeegu I agree with this write up but you left out one important fact; which is that Iran can still do much more damage. Oil is not the most important thing in the middle east, water is. They can still destroy the desalination plants Israel and others depend on

These people don’t know what they’re talking about and for many layers. 1. Israel is one of the few countries in the world where it’s almost impossible to get satellite imagery. 2. Israel itself is a major surveillance state that restricts information. Reporters don’t have access to damage, people get punished and jailed for taking videos of whatever damage is done. 3. Isreal’s own finance ministry has reported that they project to lose $3b weekly just in economic activity alone (nothing about the costs of damage! 4. We know the cost both Israel and the US are spending on interceptors and general defense. The US is already requesting $50b in additional funding from Congress for weapons. The shortages are actively reported on by western media 5. Iran has systemically hit specific targets in the region to great effect. 6. They have blocked the straight of Hormuz for at least 3 days and that has immediately reflected in the cost of crude oil and other economic activity. In far away Nigeria, the cost of fuel is already up over 10% - ditto for the US. Europe is already paying 50%+ more for gas (it’s still winter). 7. There’s a reason there’s so many evacuations and shutdowns across the entire region. 8. It’s obvious from the U.S.’ response that they are not close to achieving any of their goals (goals in which they have so far struggled to clearly articulate) 9. If anyone mentions international law, it’s only really to point out the hypocrisy at play 10. Iran has done exactly what it said it would do if and when attacked. Everyone is only hoping the other side cannot sustain their attack. Thats where we are now.

Every fucking idiot still whining about “escalation” or “Trump’s recklessness” needs to get on their goddamn knees and thank whatever god they pretend to believe in that a real wartime President has the balls and struck first. Iran wasn’t “close” to a bomb. Iran was three weeks from eleven of them. Declassified. Breakout time: zero. Highly enriched uranium at 60%+ purity, already weapon-grade feedstock, spinning in cascades that the IAEA had been gaslit about for years. The mullahs weren’t bluffing for negotiation leverage; they were sprinting toward the finish line because their death cult theology demands it. Mutually assured destruction? That’s Western psychology. These savages believe martyrdom is a ticket to paradise and dragging the Great Satan down with them is the ultimate flex. They don’t fear retaliation; they crave it. That’s not speculation; that’s the eschatology they preach in every Friday sermon while their IRGC engineers quietly crossed the 90% threshold in underground halls we couldn’t bomb fast enough. Trump didn’t “start” a war. He ended the slow-motion suicide pact the previous regimes had been sleepwalking toward. Precision decapitation strikes on Fordow, Natanz, and the undisclosed sites the Israelis had been begging us to hit for a decade. B-2s, bunker-busters, and follow-on cruise salvos that turned their enrichment halls into smoking craters before the first Iranian missile battery could even spin up. That’s not “aggression”; that’s preemption executed with surgical lethality...the kind Sun Tzu would salute and Clausewitz would call “absolute war” done right. You don’t wait for the enemy to mate-check your king when he’s already loading the warheads. You shatter the board. The critics screeching “diplomacy” and “intelligence community says no imminent threat”? Those are the same psychological cowards who spent decades projecting their own risk-averse, therapy-culture minds onto a regime that stones women, hangs gays, and funds every proxy death cult from Hezbollah to the Houthis. They’re not analysts; they’re enablers with Stockholm syndrome. Their “restraint” fetish is just sophisticated suicide. They wanted to virtue-signal while Tehran’s scientists finished the final 20% enrichment sprint and mated the physics package to Shahab-3s and whatever solid-fuel ICBMs the North Koreans had already smuggled in. One spark...Israel, a tanker, a carrier group...and the regime that chants “Death to America” every single day would have lit the fuse. Trump acted. He didn’t ask permission. He didn’t leak it to the New York Times first. He didn’t tie it up in endless NSC meetings until the window slammed shut. He saw the intelligence, recognized the existential math, and ordered the hammer. That’s what wartime leadership looks like. Not the limp-dicked “strategic patience” that let Iran’s proxy army ring Israel with rockets and turn the Red Sea into a shooting gallery. So yeah, 0Hour is right...every sniveling, bed-wetting, keyboard jihadist who’s crying about “warmongering” today should be kissing the ground Trump walked on. Because if he hadn’t moved when he did, you wouldn’t be typing your performative outrage from the safety of your cushy American life. You’d be glowing in the dark while the mullahs toasted their caliphate from whatever bunker survived the first exchange. History won’t remember the hand-wringers. It will remember the man who refused to let the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism cross the nuclear Rubicon. Thank you, Mr. President. And the rest of you spineless fucks can choke on it. 🗡️💀🇺🇸🗡️

Iran had enough material to make 11 nukes in 3 weeks. Trump saved lives. They dont need to share classified information but they are now you should say thank you. Unpatriotic Bastards Ungrateful vermin Same bunch never trusts the President. I no longer will bother with any of you again.

These countries talk tough yet they are incapable of protecting their leaders. Iran should know this attack coming and yet made to provision, to at least, protect its Supreme Leader , ditto Venezuela. When you choose to antagonise a hawkish super power, like the US, the least that is expected of you is to make appropriate provisions to protect your leader. Anyway, that is what you get when you secure loyalty through brute force and fear and not through genuine love. There was no way Maduro and now, the Iranian leader were subdued without the support of members of their inner circles.

The article is saying that Nigeria had big security issues with Boko Haram. Ehud Barak (who used to be Israel's defense minister) pushed Israeli security tools like face-scanning cameras and other biometric systems to help Nigeria fight terrorism and control who moves around. The tech was first tested in Gaza. Israel developed and used these scanning machines at checkpoints between Israel and Gaza (to check Palestinians). They then "flipped" or sold similar versions to places like Nigeria, calling them "field-tested.” Around 2015, they tested face-recognition systems at a university in Nigeria to protect against attacks. I suspect Delta State University. It was sold as a way to keep people “safe” from terrorists. The article suggests this was a pattern used By Epstein and his partners. They used fear of violence or terrorism in Africa as a way to sell Israeli surveillance tools. At the same time, it opened doors for making money from oil, ports, and other resources. The same Epstein was linked to Boko Haram. So Epstein was the puppet master pulling strings from all angles. It’s deeper than you and I know. I am tired of reading. It begs the question; what exactly was sold to the Nigerian govt and tested In universities disguised as “defense tools”? dropsitenews.com/p/epstein-ehud…

Interesting how we haven't seen anyone asking the question why there is now an almost frantic desire to try to overthrow the Iranian government by formenting a regime change operation at this time. It relates to the fact that the same nations behind this regime change operation aren't confident that Iran can be defeated in a future war so they see this as a preferable option to achieve the same outcome. Namely the end of the current Iranian governmental structure. Militarily Iran is now prepared for such a war and is now, as we said previously, considering making a pre-emptive strike on Israel. So if the regime change operation fails then logically we can expect war. However to underestimate Iran would be foolish. After all the war ended last time after 12 days because if it had carried on, Iran would have won.

I remember my friends who worked at Guinness in Ikeja during our NYSC year. We could visit them there and drink as much as possible, but could never take out any alcohol. At the end of that year, all of us hated alcohol because we had too much for free. You won't be sacked, you will hate chicken by yourself if the bosses allow you to eat as much as you can. The best way to prevent theft is saturation. This is also why banks give employees very cheap loans. When you have access to that kind of cheap money, you will understand the importance of good ideas.

IBUSA, DELTA: In the Ibusa case earlier reported by Naija Confra, a popular NBM (Aye) cvltist named Anyibuofo was reportedly k!lled today by a police anti-cvlt officer on the final day of the Iwu Festival in Ibusa. Anyibuofo was described as a strong but peaceful Aye in the area. (Clear video on TG). Aye members claim the anti-cvlt officer who sh0t him is a known Vikings (DNKI) cvltist and believe the k!ll!ng was intentional because of the recent Aye vs Vikings cl@sh in Ibusa. Vikings, however, have denied any involvement, stating they had no hand in the incident. At this time, the motive behind the sh00ting remains unclear. The Delta State Police Command is urged to investigate the officer and the circumstances surrounding this case. Stay safe. Reject Cvltism.
