Sharing our paper that was a wonderful collaboration between our collaborating sites across VHA! We found LGB+ Veterans needed greater support in health-related social needs of housing & managing experiences of discrimination, relative to straight vets. jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman…

Read our paper below!! We found that in sexual minority Veterans experienced higher need for support in housing and discrimination. We deepen the concept of “needing support” compared to solely identifying social risk. Because not all patients will want support for their needs.
