Jo and I were thrilled to collect the award today as winners for 2025/26 🎉🙏 Not once would Ben have thought the charity would win the Bbc Makes a difference awards in 2023, be awarded a Points of Light award by a previous Prime Minister and now to win this prestigious award from the people of our own City. We are so grateful to the amazing Lizzie who ran her first marathon, in Rome, today. Despite sustaining an injury late in her training she still managed to complete 26.2 miles and has raised nearly £700 for us. Absolutely awesome! 🥰

This was us today in 2023 prepping for our Australia trip. I'm so angry, Isabelle. Angry at your colossal loss. Angry at more young lives lost who should also be on shopping trips, or at school, enjoying their lives. It's all just so unbearable 💔

Family 466 It seems so long since our last guests due to the site closing for a month. We have all the excitement of the ball next week but this weekend we welcome two more families to the Cotswolds. First of all we welcome Jamie-Leigh and Hailey from North Bristol. Please join me in wishing them a wonderful time. Here is Maizie’s journey 💕 Maizie was a very healthy active young girl. Around August she had been complaining of feeling a little fatigued and some pain around her ribs. She was active with her horse riding and we initially thought it was just standard stuff. After a while we decided to get her checked at the doctors, who then decided a blood test to just confirm all was okay. Fast forward 48 hours and Maizie was confirmed to have ALL. A complete rollercoaster followed and Maizie spent the next few weeks on aggressive chemotherapy in hospital. It’s been a tough road watching her suffer but she has done it with incredible conviction and dedication for someone of her age (9). We find ourselves coming towards maintenance in the coming weeks where we hope life will become more normal and some sort of routine can return. 🤞 This trip will be a fantastic way of starting that and giving her and all of us a break from the constant hospital visits and treatments. A huge thank you to Ben Saunders Foundation for this much needed break.

@ClaireCarmalt I’m so sorry this happened to Tori’s account. That’s just awful. It happens far too easily with no support either to help get them back. It’s been devastating. Lost so much irreplaceable precious memories and messages from Char. Hundreds of contacts 😭😱

@Simpson616 Sarah I feel your pain. Someone hacked Tory’s Instagram account & I’ve been unable to get it back as they hacked her email & changed the email address on her account. It was awful for her sister & friends to then get messages from her. There should be some way to help people xx
