7 years ago today we joined the CHD journey when we heard the words 'something is wrong with your babies heart' I was terrified and broken but the amazing @CarolineCardiac really reassured us by being so amazing with us forever greatful... 7 years tho where has the time gone!!

@TPExpressTrains @AlderHey @TPEassist We was very well looked after and the assistance was brilliant getting on/off the train both there and back and he was very made up sat in first class and getting a can of sprite to drink he said he felt like a superstar 🤩

@Slc933 Yes it does not matter which retailer you purchase your ticket through :) However, it may be easier for you if you call the assistance team directly to make amendments to an existing booking at short notice. You can call them on 0800 107 2149 ^Jay

@TPExpressTrains If i book an additional ticket from Stalybridge to victoria then we have an ongoing booking from victoria where assistance was originally booked from. If they help us on the train at Stalybridge it'll be the original train we was getting on
