So Tottenham can sell a World Cup finalist and previous winner in Romero, and a new emerging home grown talent in the English national side in Spence, for around £70m-£80m in total for them both, when weve just seen Rogers sign for Chelsea for £117m, Anderson sign for City for £115m?

It's early days but what Carrick said about Andrey Santos settling in nicely was so clear in yesterday’s game.
The kid plays with absolutely zero fear, and for a new signing coming to a club this big, that’s a massive positive.
I know it's just a friendly, but even in those 45 minutes you can tell he's a serious quality player.
Genuinely so excited to see what he becomes under Carrick.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'd keep both Mikey Moore and Will Lankshear in the first-team squad next season. I think they'll both establish themselves as regular starters by the end of the season.
