Academy is crumbling. Imo the club should closely listen to and work with @wayneburnett1 He does a brilliant job preparing these boys for professional football, but the club are failing him by not creating the pathways for his u21 players Jamie Carr has done excellent since coming in as u18s, but its a rareity you can fast track players from u16s-u18s and open a pathway to u21s and beyond The bread and butter of our academy is achieved with Wayne and we need to facilitate his work amounting to something

A bit against selling academy players but at this rate I don’t care let’s build the good PL staple team and then work on the academy.

@breaktheline1st @NLAHamilton No agenda at all. He was lost on the left so got moved inside. No one wants him to succeed more than me but he is miles off starting in front of Maddison or Xavi so will need another loan.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'd keep both Mikey Moore and Will Lankshear in the first-team squad next season. I think they'll both establish themselves as regular starters by the end of the season.

@GaryRWard I think he needs to be playing regularly and with only the PL he’s likely to be a bench player at best. I’d hope he’d develop quicker playing week in week out but would be happy to be proved wrong.
