@British_Airways And I’m also sorry to have to say that the reason i have sent material by DHL is because your web site won’t accept claims. It locks up at one point in the procedure. So please don’t try to fob me off with the web site. I’ve already wasted hours trying that route! 🤯

Well here we are. Another day has gone by. Lots of words but nothing seems to have happened. Platitudes but no action. Why does this have to be so difficult?
