So since discovering the causes of my daughter's problems via diagnostic testing. I'm disappointed to discover Vitamin Water is the source of Two of the problems :( No matter what drink you buy your getting heavy metals & or microplastics. It's so sad that even when you try to make the healthier choice it's not the right choice. The fact that the water used reverse osmosis I thought made this a better choice. Unfortunately the plastic reached Antimony into the water & contained very high manganese 20% so if you have alot of these items adds up and high manganese can lead to psychosis and other problems. But they promote it as high in vitamins so you never look at the fine print. My daughter refuses to drink water, what do I replace this with? So frustrating clean up our food dammit 😫 Vent over ~

I will miss this Ram as he leaves the farm. He’s been great but the reality of good, responsible and ethical farming involves recognizing the appropriate breeding realities of the animals. After one birthing, he now has daughters on the farm. If he breeds them - they are meat. That’s fine, but what isn’t fine is building a flock with that management style. Flocks need to be genetically strong to ensure good health outcomes. This is especially true as I want to be one of the most trusted sources in the country for quality livestock - so if you buy a ewe or ram from us for Icelandic sheep, you know they will do what you need them to do.
