@TalbotsOfficial Hello, today I received a sweater ordered online; it was obviously a return because it reeks of perfume. I'm allergic to perfume & suffered a reaction to the chemical assault. If selling returns, please make sure that they are perfume/smoke free. Sweater is now bagged.

@TalbotsOfficial And this is just a part of the sales page on You Tube. As I wrote I lost $48 but the ad is still up. This is today. I wonder how many others will get scammed.

@TalbotsOfficial I just want to say that there's a fake Talbots account all over You Tube. They posted some really nice looking things on clearance for $4.99 and I bought $48 worth. At this point I know it was a scam and I'm sorry I did it but if your security was worth anything,

@TalbotsOfficial is your company in the habit of ripping off senior citizens? Your company failed to honor your return and exchange policy that is posted on your website. My mother returned items purchased and was not issued a full refund, your company withheld $9.85.
