@TalbotsOfficial just lost a 30 yr customer. Yesterday I bought 2 pairs of the same Chatham Ankle Pant for a funeral. When I got home I noticed one tag at $109 and the other had a sticker for $149 over the original $109 price. They refused to honor the tag price of $109.

Clearly, @TalbotsOfficial raised the pants price from $109 to $149 just prior to their "30% off Friends & Family Sale". If that's how they treat Friends & Family, I'm canceling my Talbot card. I treat the squirrels in my yard better. Farewell, old "friend".

@TalbotsOfficial Hello, today I received a sweater ordered online; it was obviously a return because it reeks of perfume. I'm allergic to perfume & suffered a reaction to the chemical assault. If selling returns, please make sure that they are perfume/smoke free. Sweater is now bagged.
