The hardest parts of maintaining a calorie deficit for us have been: -Sauces -Craving sugar (mostly drinks) -Going out to eat unexpectedly after a long day Does anyone happen to have any tips?

them: "what's your highest returning investment?" me: going to college how? - chose a high roi degree - went to community college - commuted 1h 20m each day - saved up $ during high school - lived at home, lived like i was broke would i do it again? absolutely.

I am stunned how many "my net worth" videos there are on youtube I love that people are willing to be transparent and help set realistic expectations for others It does seem risky though especially when they use their full name, mention specific banks and are on camera lol

I was laid off when my daughter was 2 weeks old. And it was THE BEST thing that ever happened to me… Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I started my own company. ⏩ Fast forward 2.5 years, I get to wake up everyday excited to build something I’m passionate about, on my own terms. Everything happens for a reason.

Most people will never understand this: You are one habit away from a different life. And one bad habit away from self-destruction. You have the power to decide.

I used to go into my fight camps with extreme anxiety. I hated the process. Looking back, I wish I had taken the time to enjoy the journey and eliminate the things that took that joy away from me. Hard sparring every session, leaving practice with headaches, and juggling university work made an already hard process even more challenging. My fight was 6 mins, but it took 4 weeks behind the scenes to get to that point. And truthfully, the adrenaline made me forget most of those 6 minutes, but I will never forget that 4-week camp. The moral of this story is to make your journey one that you enjoy. Not to make it easier, but make it worthwhile.
