A 52-year-old woman, Titilayo Akindele, was arrested by the NDLEA in Edo State for selling "loud" (a strong type of cannabis).The court granted her bail, but NDLEA refused to release her. She complained of poor health in court and to the agency, and begged to be taken to hospital. Her family even offered money for medical care, but officials refused.Yesterday, she collapsed and died during court proceedings in Benin City.

A client called to inform me that a 3-bedroom flat was vacant at one of his properties to let out. I rushed down to his place to ask a few questions about the rent/price. To my surprise, the amount (₦3m per annum) he placed on the old 3-bedroom flat was ridiculous. I advised him on a particular amount, but he was adamant, saying I didn’t build the house for him 🥹. I just wore my shoes and told him to go find someone that would rent it at that ridiculous price by himself.
