There is definitely a lot of passion put into the animation and music especially, wish they had the same amount when it came to the story, characters, and pacing though

Just gonna say it, the Mario movie was one of the most soulless & bland pieces of entertainment I ever watched. An hour and a half of a recognizable IP’s iconography being shoved in your face with no real story, character development or anything to connect with emotionally.
