@TicketsAtWork I'm very disappointed in your company. You do not honor your cancellation policy. I cancelled over 72 hours due to my daughter needing emergency surgery. My reservation says I can cancel within 72 hours. I have written proof of the cancellation and screenshots.

If the company you work for offers discounts for travel and other things using @TicketsatWork, don’t use them! I had a reservation that I needed to cancel with the Great Escape Lodge that I booked through them back in December.
