@TicketsAtWork Terrible experience. We reserved 2 queen beds through TicketsAtWork, but the hotel provided only 1 bed instead. For a family of 4, this was unacceptable. The booking was not delivered as promised, and the issue was not properly resolved.

@TicketsAtWork I need help. I called Sunday April 26th and was told the matter would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I called Monday April 27th and was told it would be resolved in 48 hours. I called April 29th and was told I would have an answer in 24 hours. I called again
