@TicketsAtWork I need help. I called Sunday April 26th and was told the matter would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I called Monday April 27th and was told it would be resolved in 48 hours. I called April 29th and was told I would have an answer in 24 hours. I called again

@TicketsAtWork I'm very disappointed in your company. You do not honor your cancellation policy. I cancelled over 72 hours due to my daughter needing emergency surgery. My reservation says I can cancel within 72 hours. I have written proof of the cancellation and screenshots.
