It’s been a hectic few hours crew wise with various pinch points to navigate - a road closure made us wince but it was still open to bikes!! Minty heading out of Bristol, up on schedule and looking very relaxed.

Today was my hardest challenge yet. Raising funds for and awareness of Parkinson’s Disease and @CureParkinsonsT in their Right Royal Raid Local 2022. 113.25 km and 2465m ascent including the long ride up to Troodos - at least the sun was out in Cyprus 🚴🏻

Army Ladies take silver at National Team Time Trial🥈🥈🥈 Having met in real life for the first time less than 24hrs previously, the squad of Chrissy Murray, Jenny Hill and Becky Graves dug deep to hit 26mph average for the 31 mile course, placing them comfortably in 2nd 🥈
