@___d3n1z___ You may have run into a network issue the team has recently resoved! Can you try closing and relaunching Zwift now?

@GoZwift both my iPad and iPhone is stuck loading the app, something wrong with update ? It’s been in this situation in the last 20 mins. Yes reinstalled , restarted deleted etc from both my iPad and iPhone ..what’s going on ?

@Thejuampi The launcher update is separate from a standard game update - you may not be prompted to update, and may need to manually re-download the game launcher (see link above). If you're still having trouble, please contact Support via zwift.com/contact-us

@GoZwift I've installed every single update. I get the error message almost every day, specially after leaving the computer running for many days. It's super annoying. sometimes it works after fully closing the launcher. sometimes it does not, launcher window is stays blank.

The last update to @GoZwift has completely messed up my setup…. Zwift Ride does not shift reliably anymore. Sometimes it does not shift at all, at times it shifts by itself… what the fuck….

@GoZwift what is going on with the platform/connection. I have my Zwift hub and my Zwift bike, everything connected correctly, however when pedaling my avatar is going nowhere! I am attempting to change gears and there is no change, my watts are all over the place. No good!

@doakfsu Please ensure the connection is to Zwift, and not directly to your device (or any other app). If the light is completely off, it could be a power issue. If unplugging the power from your trainer for 1 min doesn't help, please get in touch with Support 👉 zwift.com/contact-us

@GoZwift Hello, any idea what the issue with my Kickr is? Zwift shows that everything is connected before rides. When I pedal, it doesn't display any watts, speed, or anything else. There are a red light and a blue light on the Wahoo Kickr, but the blue light isn't blinking.

@owhatjoy Have you tried resetting the filter for Events?

@GoZwift Order a £1200 Zwift frame and what a pathetic service, missing handlebar stem, no way to contact them apart from email. Took the entire fun out of this. Would not recommend anyone to buy this.

@GoZwift probably a stupid question but if I have a speed and cadence sensors in my indoor bike, will those be enough to use the app??
