@BertP382061 @DarthPutinKGB I was speaking about keeping its citizens behind a firewall. China has a vibrant internet culture intertwined with its economy that can sustain limited Western influence. Most Russians don’t even like Russian movies and have no desire or ability to build anything from scratch.
