What a neutral coordination layer looks like: • no whales controlling outcomes • no opaque decision-making • no fake participation Instead: • influence = earned through contribution • participation = verifiable • decisions = transparent • privacy = preserved The goal isn’t more governance tools. It’s better coordination.

The @SubspaceFDN Grants Program is actively funding developers, researchers, and founders working at the intersection of AI and decentralized infrastructure. Five categories: infrastructure, AI-powered applications, research, community tools, and ecosystem integrations. Funding is milestone-based, denominated in AI3, stablecoins, or USD depending on project fit. The Foundation allocates up to 10% of the total AI3 token supply to this grants program. If you are building something that requires permanent, verifiable data infrastructure or is advancing the case for decentralized AI, we want to hear your idea!

Why public goods need better participation rails👇👇 1/ Everyone talks about funding public goods. Few talk about how people actually participate in them. That’s the real bottleneck. 2/ Public goods fail not because: people don’t care funding doesn’t exist They fail because: 👉 participation is broken 3/ Think about it: Who decides which project gets funding? Who verifies contributions? Who ensures fairness? Most of the time… it’s unclear. 4/ Today’s participation rails look like: Google Forms Discord polls Manual judging Token voting 👉 Not exactly “trust infrastructure” 5/ This leads to: biased outcomes low contributor trust disengagement misallocated funding And eventually… Good builders stop showing up. 6/ Public goods don’t just need money. They need: 👉 credible coordination 7/ Better participation rails mean: contribution is verifiable influence is earned decisions are transparent users are protected (privacy) 8/ Imagine a system where: → every contribution is tracked → every vote is provably valid → every outcome is auditable No guesswork. No bias. 9/ Now funding flows to: the right people the right projects at the right time That’s how ecosystems actually grow. 10/ Public goods aren’t just an economic problem. They’re a coordination problem. 11/ Fix participation → You fix trust → You fix outcomes → You fix public goods. 12/ That’s the layer most systems are missing

1/ Most voting systems are broken. Not because people are bad but because influence is misassigned. 2/ Today, most systems rely on: 💰 Token-based voting 👥 One-person-one-vote 📊 Simple polls Sounds fair… but it’s not. 3/ Token voting leads to: Whale dominance Capital deciding outcomes Passive holders controlling active builders 👉 Money ≠ merit 4/ One-person-one-vote sounds better… But: Easy to Sybil attack Doesn’t reflect expertise Treats all input as equal (even when it’s not) 5/ So what actually matters? Contribution. Who: showed up did the work understands the problem 6/ That’s where reputation comes in. Reputation is: earned persistent tied to real activity Not bought. Not faked easily. 7/ A reputation-based system asks: 👉 Who has contributed meaningfully? 👉 Who has context? 👉 Who has proven credibility? That’s who should decide. 8/ This changes everything: Builders gain influence Participants stay engaged Outcomes become more credible 9/ But there’s a catch: Reputation systems must be: verifiable resistant to gaming privacy-preserving Otherwise, they become biased too. 10/ The future of voting isn’t: ❌ token-weighted ❌ popularity-based It’s: ✅ contribution-weighted ✅ reputation-powered ✅ verifiably fair 11/ Because at the end of the day: Good decisions don’t come from who has the most money… They come from who has done the most work. 12/ That’s the shift we need.

Coordination is infrastructure, not a feature. 1/ Everyone thinks coordination is just a feature. “Add voting.” “Add polls.” “Add governance.” That’s like saying roads are just a feature of a city. 2/ Bad coordination is why: Great builders don’t get rewarded Bounties feel rigged Hackathon results feel “off” Governance gets ignored It’s not a people problem. It’s an infrastructure problem. 3/ Most systems optimize for: 💰 Capital 👀 Popularity 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Proximity Very few optimize for: ⚒️ Contribution 4/ So what happens? The loudest voices win. The richest wallets dominate. The real contributors disengage. And the system slowly dies. 5/ A true coordination layer flips this: → Influence is earned → Participation is verifiable → Decisions are auditable → Privacy is preserved Now you're not guessing who should decide… You know. 6/ Coordination is not: ❌ a voting button ❌ a DAO dashboard ❌ a Discord poll It’s the infrastructure that decides who gets a voice. 7/ If you get coordination right: You unlock: Better decisions Fairer systems Stronger communities If you get it wrong: Everything built on top breaks. 8/ The future isn’t just decentralized finance. It’s decentralized coordination. And that starts by treating coordination as infrastructure not a feature. 9/ That’s the layer we’re building with Voterax.
