@ChrisAdamsMLP As the others have pointed out this is unenforceable so I'll just stick with the last 2 sentences. Something could be done if they cared to. Someone smarter than me will have to figure it out.

Pokemon Center puts up a legal notice that states officially marked Pokemon Center products are not for resale. Agreeing to this terms and conditions before PC checkout carries a $2000 fine per violation. All UPCs are bound to the Pokemon Center shipping data. Tell anyone that gets a resold PC product can turn in the reseller UPC for $100 and 10% of the fines collected from the offender. Similar agreements with retail chains where if it's found they are selling large quantities to resellers the retail chain is fined and possibly loses the ability to sell Pokemon Products. Something could be done - they just have to actually care about their customer base enough to do something about it. Profits are more important apparently.

This is why people leave the hobby. I haven’t even touched a single Ascended Heroes product yet. “UgH dOn’T hAtE tHe PlAyEr, hAtE tHe GaMe” “sKiLl IsSuE bRo” My job keeps me from being able to hit restocks. I love the hobby, but shiny cardboard is not enough of a reason to make a drastic life decision by leaving a stress free job while I work on starting my own business. So no, it’s not a skill issue, and yes, I will very much dislike people who take way more than they should in order to take advantage, rip off, and essentially steal from other people. This hobby may not cool down for a long time, but there are certainly measures Pokemon and retailers can take to curb this kind of activity, and they aren’t.
