same thing i said last week and will keep saying.
volume should be the least of your worries. bruh, i'm seeing people do $1m in trading volume and get only 10 points. i did 25k volume and got 2.41 points. yes, the remaining 9.8 points came from referrals.
still, 2.24 points for a couple trades worth 25k, >>
think about it: the fees you burn trying to keep up with whales showing off 100–500 points aren't necessary. go at your own pace. i don't know bout you guys, but my goal here is to not lose so much money.
if you've farmed lighter, you know what i'm talking about.
if you just started variational, i'd advise you to join group chats where people share strats, x works fine too, develop a strategy that works best for you based off other people's, and also, have a friend in dms to share opinions and strategies with. motivate each other to keep going harder weekly.

also, from my experience with lighter, the team changed the points formula weekly, so what works this week might not work next. there'll probably be a week where liquidation counts. for now it doesn't yield points (i haven't tried it, but @pointsgoblin posted about it).
some tips you can use,
trade new coins and low oi coins, they give more points, hold trades for 8hours plus, farm funding fees, use limit orders, set sl and tp, make sure they hit. try to get liquidated same week.
it's possible different actions could have multipliers or whatever, just trade like a normal trader would.
currently we have 35k+ traders sharing 150k points. imagine what happens a few months to tge when otc deals start, points sell for $50+, and peak fomo kicks in.
