If you are finding it difficult to build any habit or stay consistent, there isn’t a problem in you, there is a problem in your environment. You have to fix that environment. You might be working, watching reels and sleeping on the same bed. This is causing your mind to trigger mixed cues which cause distractions. Have a separate space for each and every thing. Don’t watch reels at the place where you work and don’t work at the place where you watch reels or sleep. Fix your environment and you’ll see a drastic change in your consistency

SCAM ALERT on Delhi Amritsar Express! 🚨 @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia A passenger recently exposed a widespread overcharging scam inside Indian Railways (Train 14679). According to the passenger, vendors are charging exorbitant prices for almost everything, including: > Tea: ₹10 instead of the standard ₹5 > Coffee: ₹20 for a small cup (150 ml) instead of the standard ₹10 > Biryani: Sold at higher prices without essential accompaniments like salan or curd, and even without napkins. The passenger confronted the vendors and even filed a formal complaint. Despite the complaint, the manager was allegedly unavailable and the vendor's behavior was dismissive. This highlight's a serious issue of exploitation and a lack of accountability in the Indian Railways. It's time for action! We need more transparency and stricter enforcement of price regulations on trains. If you experience similar overcharging, don't hesitate to: 1. Confront the vendor politely but firmly. 2. Request a bill. 3. File a formal complaint through official channels. 4. Share your experience on social media to raise awareness.
