@Ford bought a 2021 Mach-E When released and barely only got 2 years of software updates. No bluecruise 1.3 coming anymore for 2021s. Certainly won’t ever buy a ford again. Time to start looking at other EVs.

@WJKramer Hey Wayland, you should still be able to use the Haiku app currently and will get a notification exactly when to transfer over to the BAF app. If the Haiku app isn't functioning properly please give us a call at 877-BIG-FANS so our team can assist!

@bigassfans saw an update to haiku app saying moving to BAF app. I downloaded the BAF App and it important my account info but it’s just blank. Is a device firmware update required? Thanks.

@EmpowerToday You need to fire your website engineers. Every time you launch a redesign everything breaks. Renaming a linked account changes all the names on all accounts. Linking in fact doesn't work anymore. It won't link to any third party sites anymore. Just amateur awful.

@BlooomInc Man I cannot get your website to work at all for the last month or so. Different devices, browsers ISPs it just stops loading. Is this a known issue?

@june I keep hearing this. But the fact is I have not received any support in over a month.

Be very aware when buying a @june oven. Going on a month with no response from support on a failing unit. They don’t seem to want to support users past the purchase stage.
