@Camille_Yen A BIG part of it is that our past generations before Boomers were so ashamed of the history and struggles of our past that it was actively suppressed because that's the only way we could keep going after rampant racism ruled. No one learned and all who could teach it have passed.

It's been about a decade and still nobody has made a multiplayer shooter that's a fraction as electric or emphatic as Titanfall, where moments like this are a dime a dozen.

@PrideslayerMMA I legit thought about this while grinding fort components yesterday. Teleports used to be skill locked. It was a privilege to do so and if you didn't have the resources, you walked. It's to easy to zoom around the map and ignore huge swaths of it.

Hot take: lodestones hurt RS3 more than they helped. You never experience the journey more than once which makes it pointless to make cool areas along the way

Does anyone else get asked to sign things at the doctor's office that aren't true? This is the second time. J is getting allergy shots, and the nurse says "I need you to sign this." I read it, and it says "I confirm we are leaving the premises despite being advised against doing so." I say "but we aren't leaving. You just told me we should wait here for 20 minutes, and we are." At the pediatrician: "we need you to sign this Good Faith Estimate. " Me: "I don't see the Estimate." Receptionist: "That is the Good Faith Estimate" Me: "... there is no number. If I sign this, you can charge whatever you want and I have to pay it. That seems contradictory to the purpose of GFE" Receptionist, now annoyed because how dare I read: "do what you want but they won't treat her if you don't sign and you'll pay a cancelation fee" How is this legal?
