I was gonna make a #ScreenshotStaturday post being all excited about trying out a new filter in #GameMaker but now I feel like it's not even making that much of a difference in some cases lmao.

Fellas, help me out. What would you change to make these menus cooler? #screenshotsaturday

@asfjadsadsa3 Thanks! The game's called Wishmaker. It will be available on PC, and maybe Linux? No plans for other platforms at the moment, but since it's being made using the GameMaker engine, it should be possible to port it to Nintendo Switch/2.

@bunny_xea Thanks! Yeah the default equip sound effect feels kinda lackluster compared to the one that plays with trinkets that change your stats. It needs some more love.

@WishmakerRPG they're so cool already! :D I love the sound effects and the fonts and colours are great! Maybe trinkets that don't change your stats could have a sound effect with some more oomph! And maybe some bouncy music! The art looks so nice!🧡Awesome menu design!

@DailyDelphox Thanks! I think that's a really good point. There's a lot of room for exploration regarding the shapes for the menus.

@EchoTheThird I'm thinking about changing whatever current emotion they're expressing to an annoyed one. It's definitely possible.

@WishmakerRPG would be cool if interacting enough times would trigger another arbitrary interaction for a split second, and each emotion has its own unique reactions
