@SilverstoneUK & @F1 - why are my feeds full of non- fan ‘influencers’ at Silverstone this year. It’s disheartening to true fans, when they are all handed VIP badges and they don’t even support F1! Surely the drivers are fed up of it too 😖

Today, after almost 3yrs we have stopped wearing masks 😷 in our clinical services. Wow!! It’s so great to see everyone properly and patients agree with this move. Few exceptions, obviously and 🤞 it can stay that way. ⁦@stgemmashospice⁩ 🦠
