@alexwmccabe Hi Alex, thank you for raising this with us. Please be assured, we do not store passwords in plain text, the only time the password is displayed in plain text is when we are sending to a member. However, we have requested that our Dev Team review the password sending process.

@_FitSense I need assistance with your app. I am a member of a gym and I get the FitSense app for free as part of the deal. I noticed today however I have been charged £6.99 for a subscription...? I have spoken to the gym and they have said this is incorrect and to contact you.

@VickyHunter24 If the email address you are using at your new gym is the same as your old gym, you will just need to contact your old gym and ask them to remove your email address from your old member record. This will solve the issue.

@_FitSense please update your app to ignore the case of the email on a password reset/reminder request. Currently if the case of the email doesn’t exactly match the case in the database, it fails with “email can’t be found”
