Those who are productive and those who are non productive and they are separate. That’s what you don’t see. The sub groups that exist among black people.

My other comment directly addresses this I think there's a difference between macro racism and micro. When it comes down to one-on-one interactions most people give everyone the benefit of the doubt especially when you work at the same companies live in the same neighborhoods where the socioeconomic status is relative. But at the same time those people will avoid heavy black neighborhoods because they have more crime and I don't think that's racism I think that's pattern recognition
