A qualification where students can get the top 9-9 double grade with 65% over all papers and a strong pass with 28% is tacit acknowledgement that there is too much on these papers and most children will not know most of it. Even the brightest. Cut content. โ๏ธ

The trouble with Restorative Practices in schools is that there is too much focus on using them to respond to incidents and not enough on building community to prevent incidents. You can't restore what you didn't build.

Strong words from the IoP about AQA A level physics.
I agree with a lot of what they say - itโs not motivating for students to sit extremely difficult papers. Iโve had lots of good physicists drop physics due to this.
I hope AQA change but we wonโt be giving them another chance
