Learned today that you need a visa to transit through the US even if you remain in the airport's controlled space for a connecting flight within 3-4 hours. Life is already difficult with visas required for destination countries; this adds another cost. Weak passports = hell! 1/3

@absidd I am so sorry! I can imagine these restrictions feel very painful! I wish one could earn some kind of ‘world global entry status’ and perhaps once and for all instead of having to apply so many times… It is such a waste and high cost to pay for super talented people like you!

@BelotMichele Thanks Michele. I wish all visas were online, as getting appointments at visa centers is very difficult and wastes a lot of time. Recently I applied for an Australian visa: everything was online, and they let me know about the outcome with a visa granting email in a few days.
