One year ago on this date I broke my femur and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma cancer. I was in a wheelchair for 6 months. The doctors saying I would probably have to amputate my leg and I will never walk again. I kept my faith in Jesus and did not give up doctor Lewis found a surgery plan to remove my femur and replace it with a metal rod . After multiple rounds of chemo countless days in the hospital I am healthy and walking because of md Anderson and God. After a few unexpected setbacks, my return to recovery started today: I finally kicked a couple field goals today. I was 20 yards back, the pole was 10 yards high, and the width of the cage was 10 yards.
