@lufthansa: I have tried to spend more money traveling with you. Your customer service (phone) says contact online help, your online help says contact (non-functioning) customer service. Please advise.

@lufthansa They replied Oct 12 that they couldn't find it. The subsequent follow-up by me has not been assigned an ID. Without the receipt I cannot claim back expenses for corporate travel. Will Lufthansa cover these additional costs for the 100+ days it takes to issue a simple receipt?

@andersgundersen I see, Anders. According to Customer Relations, they have informed you last week that your case is still in processing. Your ongoing patience is highly appreciated, as it will be finalized soon. /Lex

@lufthansa Your systems cannot find my booking, your Customer Service finds it but cannot issue a receipt, your Customer Relations do not respond to forms or emails for more than three months. What do you suggest as next steps?
