@GingerOgre In a roundabout way I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here. Performances matter more than results when you’re considering the likelihood of success and there’s absolutely no reason for positivity.

I've tried so hard to step across to the 'Grant Out' side of the line, but I think after today I finally have, sadly. He's just not able to manage a team effectively at this level. It's too complicated, to over engineered, to intricate. Automatic chances gone now I think.
