Its not literally bullet pointed on the DNC website next to free abortions, but Democrats have spent years suing states to keep gender affirming mastectomies and puberty blockers available to minors, with Biden Harris fighting bans all the way to the Supreme Court while House Dems voted en masse against protecting kids from it.
Your $10 is safe because no party platform says the quiet part out loud, but actions like mandating insurance coverage for transition surgeries and calling it medically necessary for confused teenage girls speak louder than your technicality.
