If you wanna see the difference of film vs digital, look at the final few episodes of season 4 of Made Men, still shot on 35mm film and the following seasons shot on digital. Same director Same cinematographer Same lighting department Same location Now take a look at the skin undertone in relation to the restbof the colors in both cases. On the left you can see the warmth of the blood flowing through the skin
