Finally finished the 2’ tall disco IUD I’ve been working on for my primary care office! Even better: my physician partner got us a disco ball bubble machine to bring some fun to pediatric visits. I love my job and the people I work with 😍

I wash/sanitize my hands the same amount as my coworkers, yet my hands look like this while theirs are fine. I sleep with lotion on my hands, and my clinic switched to a gentle hand soap instead of a generic industrial one. I feel like they're never going to heal

We are both losing a long term relationship, the kids lose a trusted caregiver in their life. I could quit anytime but that’s life cutting of a friendship out of no where. It still hurts

@muheediva01 @omoiyaakeem I’ve nannied for families since their baby was 3 months to 6 years old. I deeply love my nanny kids and they would consider me an extension of their family. I’m with them sometimes more hours in the week than their parents.

@Symply_rhoda1 I’ve worked in daycares/preschools for many years and I agree. It’s not good practice to teach kids to hit back. Instead we teach them conflict resolution skills which they can carry into their older years.
