@TMobile @AppleSupport Please explain to me why my iPhone that I purchased in full as unlocked is now LOCKED to T-Mobile. This is a predatory practice and y’all need to stop.

@TMobileHelp This device was not purchased through T-Mobile. I brought my paid-in-full device to your store. My application for unlock was denied because I haven’t had service for 40 days yet. This is completely unacceptable
