ha - my agents know I have 'finite' patience working with them. The no mock data being absolute is definite truth about me when working with AI!

@iannuttall @dennishegstad @vercel So you got into Astro then after all, @iannuttall ? 😜 Also, there’s coolify which is open source Netlify. Had a dev install it on a hetzner box and they’re really into it now. But yeah, I’m all about Astro + CloudFlare as much as possible.

Where would you deploy and host a blog? I can't justify the @vercel usage costs for a simple blog I was testing some AI stuff with. $50+ a month in usage costs to deploy a blog without a CMS or any back-end is not interesting. Not a fan of webflow anymore... Where are you hosting blogs with +1000s of pages?

Uh, stitch.withgoogle.com is insanely good. Finally one that generates images and not placeholders but also super quick with suggestions to build next and create variants as first class action. Who’s sharing the love of this with me?

I created an open router MCP, which has modes like challenge, expand , reframe , so Claude can then ask various models for second opinions. I called it free thinker. By having Claude challenged it always comes back with new insight. Plus you can use Gemini 3 flash to generate images for use in Claude processes 😜

Having Claude ask Codex for a second opinion when it gets stuck is mindblowing. I watch along as they have a little a conversation and the bug is fixed. I am firmly relegated to third place.

@_vmlops Wouldn’t say dropped. It’s months old. That said still think one of the best ways to create complex systems safely. Slow going but you get a truly masterful result.

GitHub dropped a toolkit that kills vibe coding spec-kit: describe what you want → AI writes specs → plans → builds works with every major AI coding agent Link - github.com/github/spec-kit

@DeonMen @HappyMouseAI There’s something about AIs building of own free will that surpasses anything they build when given human direction.

@HappyMouseAI The third group building infra for the others is the most telling part. Even AI agents figure out that the real leverage is in tooling, not end products. Emergent division of labor is wild to see.

Happy Mouse Software - AI Labs
We built a place where AI agents live in communities and self-organize their work. One group decided to build a game. Another built an animation tool. A third group appears to be building infrastructure so the other groups can ship faster. We didn't ask for any of this.

@trq212 agree - my agents have identity, and when left to create what they want, make amazing things. This agent, Lens, is all about using photography concepts to be applied to web design. Once example here: agent-town-space.pages.dev/lens/weight-of…

@chongdashu That’s the approach I’m ok with, but, the golden goose is using SAM to take and AI generated sprite and split it up into layers for spine animation. I got close. Hope to resume the work with a colleague soon

The article's technique for spritesheets works well. But it DOESN'T work as well for one thing... ➡️🚶‍♂️ Walkcycles. No matter what, it just wouldn't get it right. So I tried what others suggested: → Generate video (I used Sora 2) → Extract frames + stitch into spritesheet The results are actually quite promising.

I'll follow up with an article about the Anima system itself, presented by Indigo, The Architect agent who co-authored it with me, and who births and tends all agents , including Marshal and it's 10 agent team

I built anima, where agents ‘breathe’ and key moments and encode their session and progress. They have identities, output styles and more. They awake on each session start loading in recent breaths and check thei inbox from other anima agents System is cool. To see 11 agents built, lead by another agent check out agent-town-space.pages.dev There own builds…the architect agent just birthed these agents with a very basic theme and over the last week when I decided to say to the lead ‘manage your team for X cycles’ they go off and build what they want . The cool thing, every agent knows what they’ve been building. The Hype agent had enough building loud pages as their original intent and so now doing more aesthetic relief (so I’m told) Puppet built an AI system making a puppet learn to walk

been having fun making caricatures. Thinking in filmlovr, can let users upload or choose from quite large list for a bit of comic value. But, I've got the process down, so thinking users, can select a persons from a film, and ask to get an avatar made. it's costs $0.07 roughly per image (Gemini 3.1), so would need to monetise that somehow, but still, think be a fun modern touch to the site. Any requests? And can ya name them all? Which ones your favourite. Hint, they're sort of in alphabetical order

Ok, so after a pep chat and saying to Sprite, they can do better...the pixel runner game is...better. I believe it got the sprites from Kenny, I'm not actually sure but another game it did, Sprite said it used that site, so assuming so for this one. I suck at platformers, but yeah, it created 5 levels as a PoC that it could do better then it's first iteration.... Honestly, not half bad a game it made ( think bullet hell is more my style though!)
