@Ranger0291 I reckon the Royal Marines would give them a real run for their money. Longest selection and training process of any non special ops force in the word.

If you’re wondering what is the most elite light infantry unit in the world wonder no more. The 75th Ranger Regiment stands alone, by itself with no competitor

"ее суперсила - эмоциональный интеллект" простите?? а мы точно об одной и той же гермионе говорим??? это ее слепое пятно, а не суперсила

HBO's Harry Potter casting director Lucy Bevan describes Hermoine: "Hermione, lack of filter from being an only child. Her superpower is her emotional intelligence. She's got main-character energy." What are your expectations for her role in the series?

@Lilydm961 @obviously_snow That’s only in certain circumstances and usually later on. Throughout the first couple of books particularly it is definitely one of her main weaknesses.

@obviously_snow Her blindspot is over-reliance on theory and not liking risky things like flying. But throughout the books she understands people's emotions way better than Ron & Harry. Harry even consults her to explain Cho's behaviour to him

@Luci3Furr @HaroldWren22 There is an entire British army battalion (roughly 650men) + a reserve company + a SAM battery and radars + a patrol ship + 4 fighter jets. The Argentines would need a massive military modernisation to even think about invading.

@simonharley Honestly we desperately need escorts more than anything. Then we need to focus on support and amphibious assault ships.

@VoxProMLS I’m sure they are great facilities with great amenities, but that’s not so much was football fans care about. They want a close in loud atmosphere. Most of these stadiums are bowls set far back from the pitch.

@TakagiSempai @MatteoSapin Who asked you to chip in about the authors legally protected opinions in the first place. Do you not understand what a constructive conversation is.

Autant, je valide le reste des décors de la série Harry Potter Mais déçu de la banque Gringotts … (peut être que c’est décrit comme ça dans les livres, je sais plus)

@TakagiSempai @MatteoSapin And I don’t believe letting biological men into women’s changing rooms because they say they are women is changing the world for the better.

@TakagiSempai @MatteoSapin Not really, I don’t think biological men should be allowed to use women’s changing rooms or compete in their sports. This even 10 years ago was not even questioned let alone controversial, so don’t pretend my views are radical or hateful.

@AjGiowizil @IzunnaDike So what it’s a Christian holiday in a majority Christian country. When it is Eid or Hanukkah or any other religious festival clubs social media often (rightly) include religious symbols. This commercialisation and dilution of the most important Christian holiday is disrespectful.

@Telegraph @TomTugendhat My two cents is I think we could have pulled it off HOWEVER it would require the full mobilisation of British defence assets which would massively limit our ability to react to other crises, largely the difference between the U.K. and US is capacity not ability per say.

@clar91393 @Kateliveco1G @Tatlermagazine Some of the most capable and remarkable royal military commanders were mere teenagers when they led men into the heat of battle. Henry V (then Prince of wales) was only 16 when he led at the battle of Shrewsbury and took an arrow to the face.

@CedarRoadCity @Boxfan72 @CatholicKopite @TheSullis It’s a plurality, secondly when people say it’s a ‘Christian country’ they don’t mean there is a majority, they mean this country is founded, run and is rooted in Christian traditions and culture (as is most of the rest of the western world).

@glynbeddau @fandompulse I think she meant British and Irish. Hogwarts serves children from all over the British Isles. For example Seamus is obviously Irish. They would obviously need Irish actors for these roles.

J.K. Rowling on how having the first Harry Potter film having an all-British cast made her happy: "The first time I met Chris Columbus, the director, he promised me two things: he promised that he would remain as faithful to the book as he possibly could within the constraints of film; and he promised me that he would have an all-British cast. And, he kept both promises and so I was a happy woman." Why aren't they doing this with the TV show?

@ChefMaria3505 @BujokMr Yet the US launched and supported ground invasions of Laos and Cambodia. They were also tied down in a counter insurgency campaign in the South. Invading the north was impractical at best. If you think launching a full scale invasion of Iran is plausible you’re joking.

@BujokMr You can’t win a war without a ground invasion. Look at what happened in Vietnam. We bombed the hell out of the North Vietnamese, but we were never allowed to invade their territory thanks to the spineless decisions of the Kennedy and Johnson administration. So bye-bye general.

Submarine Delivery Agency
Due to enter service in the early 2030s, the Dreadnought Class will be the most advanced ballistic missile submarines ever built for the UK. They will future proof the UK’s nuclear deterrent, ensuring the nation’s security and that of our @NATO allies.

@MirkoHilbrands @CoinSisu11100 @fandompulse Okay fair enough, I can understand if you’re being actively hateful, racist etc in a workplace that should probably involve you losing your job. How does this relate to JK Rowling or the new Harry Potter cast though.

@crofty206 @CoinSisu11100 @fandompulse In Germany, freedom of speech isn’t absolute. It ends where it violates the rights or dignity of others. Expressing hate speech or calls for violence is a crime, not an opinion, and justifies immediate termination to protect the workplace. I like it that war...

J.K. Rowling on why she would not fire a Harry Potter actor for pushing transgender ideology: "I don’t have the power to sack an actor from the series and I wouldn’t exercise it if I did. I don’t believe in taking away people’s jobs or livelihoods because they hold legally protected beliefs that differ from mine.” Is this the wrong approach?
