@Keir_Starmer Just a quick question, I am a 59 year old working woman .. I have a disabled husband that is on chemotherapy at the moment, But I keep working , I travel twenty miles to work every day and twenty miles back and it costs me roughly £50 a week in diesel .. I live in a small rural village and I went to put petrol in my car on the way home yesterday and this is what I saw .. I didn’t ask for this war .. And I know myself and a lot of others are going to suffer financially, This is pure greed as the inflated price petrol/oil hasn’t reached the pumps yet .. This is profiteering.. pure and simple . Prices should be capped , And petrol companies should not be allowed to do this .. Can you be a good boy and look into this for me I worked right through the pandemic and at one point was paying £2000 to fill my heating oil tank with oil to keep my husband warm… I didn’t mind , We just carried on … It was unavoidable.. But this …..!!!!!

We have a curtesy car from our friendly garage in the village , And hungry husband insisted in bringing me to work this morning.. He shouldn’t have.. He was desperately poorly.. And he tried to get out of the car at the hotel to thank Tyler who brought me home yesterday and give him some petrol money .. But he couldn’t get up the three steps to the kitchen.. I stood there torn between a poorly man that I love and a job that I have to do to pay the bills .. So I made an executive decision.. I told my chef that after breakfast I was going home to my husband.. So for the first time in about thirty years .. I’m on a bus .. Going home …♥️

Momentous day today. 1st mountain (Dumyat) at 58 for my childhood pal Tam Laurie in grey who had a heart attack & died and was brought back and had open heart surgery last year. 1st mountain at 1 for my grandson Tommy and 15 years to the day for me alcohol free. 🏔️✊🤩😊

Hungry husband is going down to that there London Town tomorrow to see his mummy .. She is 93 and dementia is seriously kicking in now , so as poorly as he is .. He loves to go and spend time with her .. While he can ..♥️ So … In praise of Valentine’s Day on Saturday.. I’m making heart shaped brownies for him to take down with him for them both to enjoy .. I’ve made his favourite chocolate and walnut and will decorate them when they are completely cool .. And I’ve brought some strawberries 🍓 And extra thick double cream to go with them .. YAY or NAY to home made gifts my dear Twits ..?
