What’s happened to BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills? He wasn’t due to be away, and even said “See you tomorrow” to Vernon yesterday. Now he’s away until at least Easter Monday….

Yet, the high street estate I happily use three times a week and my local store are brilliant. But the service station franchises are a blight. Starbucks soon got their franchises in line when customers fed back.
