🚨After 12 years of thinking I was born with a male brain in a female body, I now understand that I was born with an AUTISTIC brain in a female body. I then began to understand that I could cure my own crippling gender dysphoria by better understanding my autism. Instead of binding my breasts & pretending to be a man, I now meet my sensory needs with mild compression undershirts that don’t actively destroy my lungs, back, ribs, spine, nerves and breasts. The only qualms I have now have with that part of my body I used to hate so much, was the destruction I’ve caused myself in the misguided attempt to fix an unacknowledged severe sensory issue (that as a kid caused me to toe walk and to compulsively pull out my eyelashes before it became fixated on gender) with an attempted gender transition. He stated in court that if a female patient requested a female doctor for an intimate examination he’d go ahead and intimately examine her. This is sexual assault by deception. The vast majority of people do not think this is ok. Far from it. Upton is a biological male. Registering him as a female doctor is a lie. The public has a right to know what AHPRA has done. Any woman and girl with eyes and ears will be able to identify Upton as male, so what will happen when they refuse to allow him to examine them? Will they be afforded a female doctor, or will they be refused care until they comply and allow him to examine them (coercion), or kicked out of the ER department and told to go elsewhere? Also, a woman cannot give informed consent to be intimately examined by a doctor if the doctor conceals his sex from her and she or a family member/carer requests she be treated and cared for by female only HCPs. This regularly happens with Muslim women, for example. If she is conscious on arrival and requests and consents to being intimately examined by a female doctor and a male doctor who’s masquerading as a female doctor intimately examines her, it immediately nullifies her consent. Biological reality denial is going to lead to court cases here which will cost $millions. Women (patients and staff) will be confronted by Upton’s biological sex, not his certificated sex (aka a legal fiction) and some of them are going to strongly object to being gaslit into accepting he is a woman. Reality matters, a lot. Most people won’t quietly pander to a man’s sexual delusion when he breeches women and girls privacy, dignity and safety rights. His right to dress and identify however he pleases without being challenged ENDS when he steps into women only spaces and intimately examines and penetrates non consenting women’s bodies.
