I held a press conference this morning just blocks from MacDill Air Force Base. I discussed my policies on defending the homeland to prevent terrorism from continuing to threaten our backyard. As Governor, I will ban visa holders from nations of terror from infiltrating universities and government-contracted companies. I am a staunch advocate for the Department of Homeland Security’s counter-terror training efforts, and getting Florida state and local officers and deputies involved.
