@jasonlk Are you saying this step will be automated by an agent that has the data or will the customer get on a real time call with the AI SDR? I wonder if businesses will be comfortable with letting a bot disqualify someone.

By the end of the year, AI should kill the classic human SDR/BDR screening inbound leads. It’s just a horrible experience for the prospect — waiting days for a 20 year old entry level sales rep to get back to you and get on the phone to qualify you out … or send you to an AE that may take days to get back to you. AI can do a better job in real-time. At least 90% of the time, maybe 99%. Outbound is different.  A great SDR there is still something special.

Our series A rap was a huge hit. 100k views on day 1! So when we decided to do a rap for our series B, I thought it would be hard to top that :). But hey, the team proved me wrong with a fabulous number. Watch till the end as there's a surprise there :)

@argvK @shrayasr My hack is to visit an Asian place and order extra sauces. I also made chilli oil from scratch, but that turned out expensive.

Folks who enjoy their salads, please tell some simple dressings / condiments that I can try? Note: I am still a salad baby (and cannot do greens on salads just yet; or maybe ever) but willing to learn.

@SumedhaUppal Oh thank god, glad I'm not alone! Matched with a girl on Bumble and a couple of days into chatting, she learns about the org I work at, and asked if I could refer her for a marketing role 🥲

A boy reached out on Hinge to ask for a referral and I’m just wondering if it is the job market that is bad or it is the dating market that is worse.

I spoke to dozens of SaaS founders/operators in 2023. Many of these conversations made it to the Blume website, as at Blume, we want to unlock 'hard-earned GTM secrets' for Indian SaaS founders at scale. Here's a look back at my favorite takeaways - one tweet at a time.

@ryan_c_walsh @jasonlk I agree with this. Most products are good enough but not quite there since the community feature may not align with the network’s long term vision.

@jasonlk Does everything have to work? Maybe it’s the market telling us we don’t need something. How many at bats and how much $$ has to be thrown at something before we conclude the market broadly speaking doesn’t want or need it.

I know folks will disagree but IMHE there still are >no< great community products: 🤔 Discord is great — if your community is on it. B2B? Not so much 🤔 Slack “communities” almost always sort of degrade into a combination of crickets and some lower quality self-promoters 🤔 Facebook Groups actually work well as community software but it’s really not ideal for B2B or similar, it’s not where folks engage in business conversations 🤔 LinkedIn Pages and Groups are crickets. Algo deprioritizes them in almost all cases. 🤔 Mighty Networks and third party software has cool features but no one wants to, or every day naturally goes to, Some Third Party App for community. Nobody. 🤔 Twitter is angry and while you can build a lot of followers, it’s not great for focused conversations 🤔 Newsletters are great — but not for conversations and collaboration 🤔 Blogs are half-dead. They are still thriving for content, but for community? Comments are generally wastelands. 🤨 Podcasts can be great (who would have thought years ago?) but obviously are really megaphones. 🤔 Digital events worked in April 2020, but not so much since then. Not for community. 🤔 WhatsApp has its place especially outside U.S. and for certain niches, but it’s not reliably enough used in U.S. to work for community

Gotta empathise with @chennaicorp . Understandably upset citizens on one side and dealing with illegal road activity on the other. Caught between a rock and a hard place :(
