ट्रम्प दुनिया को फिर से उपनिवेशवाद की तरफ़ ले जाना चाहते हैं, जिसमें भारत समेत ग्लोबल साउथ अमरीका-यूरोप कॉलोनी बन जाये। इस अमरीकी प्रभुत्व के ख़िलाफ़ BRICS था लेकिन इसके अध्यक्ष बनने के बाद भारत ने ही डॉलर व्यवस्था कमजोर करने (dedollarisation) से पाँव वापिस खींच लिए। BRICS को शांत कर दिया। लेकिन अब जब ईरान ध्वस्त नहीं हुआ, तो वापिस ईरान से युआन में तेल ख़रीद रहे हैं। अमरीकी बैंकिंग प्रणाली SWIFT की जगह ब्रिक्स प्रणाली CIPS से पेमेंट हो रही है। लेकिन अब भारत कमजोर रुतबे के साथ उसी रास्ते पर चलने पर मजबूर हुआ है, जिस पर वो हाल तक लीडर था @gurdeepsappal

The Foreign Contribution Regulation (FCRA) Amendment Bill, 2026 is a snatch-and-grab operation. Under this regime, the FCRA has been weaponised to silence those not aligned with the BJP ideology, and to exert control over organisations that carry out vast philanthropic efforts. We have seen the BJP use the FCRA to make its ideological rivals and organisations toe the line, and this unconstitutional Bill is another step in that direction - where if you don’t do exactly as per Modi’s wishes, not only will you lose your license, but also assets you lawfully hold. This fascist move must be rolled back immediately.

Dear PM @narendramodi, yesterday you introduced FCRA amendment bill which is essentially an asset grab by stealth attempt. Now, I am not sure if you've read the bill, or had your typical photogenic look at the pages. Whatever the case may be, you may educate yourself by reading what is written below. This bill transforms regulatory oversight into a mechanism for potential asset appropriation, operational takeover, and selective enforcement, under broadly defined and politically controllable standards. An Act Full Of Perverse Incentives 1. Asset Capture Mechanism Section 16A(2): Assets created even partly from foreign contribution vest wholly in the Designated Authority. This creates a powerful incentive for the state to pursue technical or minor violations to trigger cancellation/surrender and capture high-value infrastructure (buildings, hospitals, schools) that may have been primarily funded domestically Organizations that blend foreign and domestic funding face disproportionate risk: a small foreign grant could jeopardize entire assets. 2. Delaying The Renewal Certificate cessation under Section 14B triggers provisional vesting. If a "fresh certificate" is not obtained within a "prescribed period", assets become permanently vested. Now administrative delays (deliberate or otherwise) in processing renewals could be used to engineer permanent vesting a "death by procedure" risk. Government can actually delay the renewal to take over the assets!!! 3. State Takeover of Activities Section 16A(3)(b) permits the Designated Authority to "undertake the management of activities of the person" if deemed expedient in public interest. This effectively enables state operational control of NGOs under the guise of asset supervision without requiring any proof of wrongdoing. 4. Prohibition on Repurchase - Way to help your cronies Section 16A(6) proviso bars original functionaries (or anyone acting on their behalf) from acquiring assets disposed of by the Designated Authority. Even if assets are sold at fair market value, the original creators cannot bid eliminating market fairness and potentially depressing asset values to benefit state-connected buyers.

The decline of the rupee to a twelve-year low in the real effective exchange rate is a matter of serious economic consequence. A sustained weakening of the currency reflects mounting pressures in external balances and underscores legitimate concerns about the stewardship of the economy under the BJP government. While limited depreciation may offer temporary export advantages, an economy anchored in domestic consumption cannot afford prolonged currency weakness. Rising import costs and inflationary pressures ultimately place the heaviest burden on ordinary households and small enterprises. The continued erosion of currency strength points to shortcomings in the economic management of the Modi government. As we campaigned across Adoor, Aranmula, Kollam, Karunagapally, Kunnathur and in Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts yesterday, the air for change was palpable. There is genuine excitement for the UDF! In the recently held Local Body polls, the UDF registered a massive victory and returned to the helm of Kollam Corporation after decades. This wave of support is continuing strongly for the assembly elections as well, and will help us script history on April 9!

A delegation of transgender activists from across India met LoP Shri @RahulGandhi, in the presence of Congress General Secretary & MP Smt. @priyankagandhi ji and senior leaders. The delegation expressed strong opposition to the government’s proposed Transgender Persons Bill, stating that it undermines their right to self-identify their gender, a right upheld by the Supreme Court. They highlighted that the Bill could strip lakhs of transgender individuals, including those from historically recognized communities, of legal recognition and protection. They also raised concerns over provisions they described as dehumanizing and punitive, including mandatory medical examinations, criminal penalties without adequate safeguards, and the dilution of existing protections. Rahul ji assured the delegation that the Congress party stands firmly with the rights and dignity of transgender persons and will oppose the Bill in Parliament. 📍 New Delhi

The 20-minute statement by Prime Minister Modi in the Rajya Sabha was, at best, an exercise in obfuscation. We seek clear answers to three fundamental questions: First, through his inconsistent and swinging diplomatic posture, the Prime Minister appears to have altered the balance of India’s strategic autonomy; long a cornerstone of our foreign policy across successive governments. Following his recent visit to Israel, India has faced visible diplomatic consequences. Why did the Prime Minister fail to take Parliament and the nation into confidence about this apparent shift, and what concrete steps have been taken to restore India’s strategic autonomy? Second, nearly 37–40 Indian-flagged ships, carrying around 1,100 sailors, remain stranded in the Strait of Hormuz, with cargo valued at approximately ₹10,000 crore. Despite the Prime Minister personally speaking to the Iranian President twice, and the External Affairs Minister engaging multiple times with his Iranian counterpart, why has India failed to secure safe passage for its own vessels? Why are countries like China Russia, Japan, along with other “friendly nations,” being granted safe transit, while Indian ships remain stuck? Third, the Prime Minister has claimed in Parliament that India has diversified its energy imports from 27 to 41 countries. If so, which countries are currently supplying LNG, LPG, and crude oil to India, and in what quantities? More importantly, if diversification has been achieved, why are citizens still facing shortages, long queues, black marketing, and sharp price rises across the country? It has now been 25 days since the conflict began, and India is facing a deepening energy crisis, one for which the government should have been far better prepared. The Prime Minister has now likened the situation to being “Covid-like.” The nation cannot forget the tragic suffering during the pandemic, when over 40 lakh lives were lost and countless citizens were left struggling for basic necessities like oxygen. Is the Prime Minister now suggesting that 140 crore Indians must once again fend for themselves as the country stares at an escalating energy crisis, along with looming food, fertiliser, MSME, and inflationary pressures? Prime Minister Modi’s statement comes too late and raises more questions than it answers!!

An official @letter stamped with a @BJP4India seal? This isn’t a clerical error — it’s a warning sign. Not negligence neither a mistake —this is a collapse of institutional neutrality. It signals a deeper compromise — institutions being captured while democracy pays the price. An Election Commission bearing a party’s imprint raises serious questions of trust. How can India’s democracy survive if the referee itself is compromised? When the umpire wears a player’s badge, the game is no longer fair.

Let that sink in. Not a mistake, but a serious red flag. A constitutional body carrying the BJP’s mark raises serious questions about its neutrality and credibility. What does this say about the independence of our institutions? Questions that demand answers: ❓ Why is the Election Commission behaving like a BJP stooge? ❓How did a political party’s seal appear on an official EC communication? ❓Who is accountable? ❓Can the Election Commission explain this to the people of India? When institutions meant to safeguard democracy appear compromised, silence is not an option. 👉India deserves transparency. 👉India deserves answers.

बीते दिनों मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कहा था कि मध्य प्रदेश में गैस सिलेंडर की कोई कमी नहीं है। आज 4000 से ज़्यादा रेस्टोरेंट बंद होने की कगार पर हैं, और हज़ारों लोग गैस सिलेंडर के लिए लाइनों में लगे हैं। लेकिन @DrMohanYadav51 जी, अगर अपने हवाई जहाज़ से नीचे ज़मीन पर उतरकर देखेंगे, तो उन्हें इस LPG आपातकाल का एहसास होगा। आज एक Compromised PM और Liar CM ने हज़ारों लाखों लोगों की थाली से रोटी छीन ली है।
