🚨 High School Spotlight 🚨
Chase DeValkenaere (@C_DeValkenaere) (2026, Liberty North, Uncommitted) has had a lights out spring for a great Eagles program.
Coming out of the pen, often in tight spots, DeValkenaere has left 11 stranded in 9.1 scoreless IP. In those outings. He’s allowed just 2 hits with 8 K’s, holding hitters to a .067 BAA.
Chase is a true fireman who can come into any situation and produce weak contact along with swing and miss. His sidearm delivery with a sinker/slider pitch mix often makes hitters look silly by keeping them off balanced pitch by pitch.
