Korra is such insanely stronger coz her villains aren’t just strong, they’re specialized counters to the Avatar itself. Amon can remove bending, Unalaq becomes a Dark Avatar, Zaheer weaponizes airbending, and Kuvira brings modern warfare.
Meanwhile Aang’s final boss is just a very strong firebender with a temporary amp.
No matter what nostalgia merchants say, its not debate Aang will severely struggle worse in TLOK world and env.
