@f_diffley Ye for sure. If I come on mid way through a long session I might say something like, ‘feel free to get up and have a stretch or a walk around before I get going’. But if I start a ‘OK everyone, I’m a Physio so I like MOVING, let’s do 20 overhead squats together’ - Shoot me 😆

@JackAChew Fair point and good to know other peoples opinion and view point on this. Have been known to ‘encourage’ not ‘enforce’ group participation in a bit of movement/ stretching back in the day, not at a conference but on NHS Trust induction situation ☺️🤦🏼‍♀️😉

Love this! Improve efficiency and productivity but not at the expense of effectiveness. It’s not just about numbers of patients seen, it should be about outcomes.

Today in clinic a pt of mine gave a sudden pain yelp and it made me jump so bad that I sharted. Result. Me doing a funky walk to the restroom and a pt rolling on the floor laughing.

@Martin_Nekkolai my 3 yr-old had friend round, sat at dinner table and the ‘pump/fart’ topic came up, do girls fart etc , Husband jokingly asks ‘does your mum fart?’ to which he replied, ‘no, but she can have a baby out of her bum’. 😂😂😂my son who thought they came from belly buttons😱

Today my eldest could tell me that she knew how babies were made. It is in fact worms that comes from the «willy» and then the worms kills an egg. She was more unsure on why it was called an egg since humans dont lay eggs. So. The more you know. I guess.
