This is disgraceful. Involving children in political games shows exactly where MDP stands. Some lines should never be crossed. If this is their behavior out of power, imagine what they’d do in it. Zero principles. Zero ethics.

This evening in Male’, @MDPSecretariat Deputy Chairperson Ibrahim Waheed and Upper North Province President Akram Kamaaluddin recorded video of my wife and our 10-year-old daughter on the street. The footage was later posted via the anonymous account. These self-proclaimed advocates for democracy, women’s rights, and children’s rights stoop to such undignified tactics. This is the cheap, divisive politics the MDP has long represented.
