They pay for nothing! It is NOT insurance but thievery and certainly not service. Say we will take your $ and your information and you will hear from us in 10 days…it has been 6 weeks and and hour on the phone and still nothing! #MetLifeDentalSucks #metlifesucks

@MetLife I have an outstanding dental claim since April 18th! I call customer support every other day and everybody tells me that they're working on it I'm tired of hearing that! I do not want another escalation I want someone to look at this claim today!

@MetLife I can’t believe that my dentist has to appeal coverage of a tooth that has fractures and signs of decay. They are being told the tooth actually has to BREAK! Meantime I can’t chew on that side of my mouth. Spent hrs of phone calls & getting the runaround. $130/mo for???
